It appears some of that lovely crisp air, that makes flying in winter a pleasure, is on the way. According to Met Eireann's charts a high pressure area is moving down from north. This promises dry and settled weather for the latter half of the week.
It's time to drag my flying from the depression it's been suffering from and use this high pressure system to kick start my flying. I've already booked some aeroplane and instructor time. Tomorrow, I'm planning to just do some local airwork to get me back into the swing of things. I'm aiming to get a local navigation exercise in on Saturday. After that I need some luck and continuing high pressure if I'm to get my qualifying cross-country completed. Once that's out of the way, I can seriously think about a flight test.
